It is with great sadness that we announce that Ted The Kite Man died on 30th December 2011. He will be very greatly missed.

Ted Mellor had a passion for kites.  Flying kites, making kites, or presenting kite workshops to over 3000 children each year.

Primary schools, kindergartens, social groups, special interest groups, school camps, SDS groups, and children's events have all benefited from "Ted The Kite Man's" fun and creative workshops of storytelling, kite making and outdoor kite flying.
